European Composers at the Birmingham Triennial Festival

The Birmingham Triennial Festival was established in 1768. Since then many European composers have written works for or performed at the Festival including Mendelssohn, Saint-Saens, Grieg, Gounod, Dvorak, Sibelius and others.
