Wye Valley Chamber Music Festival: Russian Masters II

Now in its eighteenth year, the Wye Valley Chamber Music festival brings world-class chamber musicians to perform in intimate venues throughout the Wye Valley. The second of our Russian concerts promises fireworks, with a mighty piano quintet by Taneyev, dubbed ‘The Russian Brahms’, preceded by Prokofiev’s valedictory cello sonata and an autumnal viola sonata by Brahms himself.
